Who can access information

Swimmers access their own development areas. Coaches are limited to assigned squad / athlete access. Head Coach has programme-level visibility. Parents / guardians can view only their linked swimmer and cannot submit, edit or delete information.

Readiness & training information

Subjective readiness, self-check and training-load information is used as descriptive coaching and training context. RSS Development does not use readiness scores to diagnose illness, injury or mental-health conditions, and does not make significant athlete decisions solely from a readiness score.

Questions, correction, access or deletion

Participants can contact the club about their information, including requests to correct information, exercise applicable data rights or request deletion where applicable. A request must be verified before account or athlete information is changed.

Versioned onboarding records which privacy and role information was shown to each Swimmer, Parent/Guardian, Coach or Welfare account. This acknowledgement is not blanket consent and does not itself determine the lawful basis for processing.

Changing rooms are phone-free
Complete readiness check-ins, goals and reflections before entering or after leaving the changing area. Emergency use is permitted; where a device is required for a medical purpose, follow the facility and Swim England rules and use the privacy of a cubicle where appropriate.
Need safeguarding help?

RSS Development is not a safeguarding reporting, investigation or case-management service.
